All our calls are answered by our professional staff in our UK offices; we don't use any overseas staff.
Depending on which service package you choose, no more that 4 different people will ever answer your calls. This is reduced to a single person for our bespoke packages.
Our remote receptionist services are designed to be as simple to implement as possible.
Option 1
If you have an existing number that you'd like to keep then the number can be forwarded to a dedicated number in our offices.
Option 2
If you aren't particularly concerned about keeping your current number then we can provide a number that calls our offices directly. You can even choose a number that adopts your local dialing code, if you wish.
Both options above mean that we can automatically identify which of our clients each call relates to This enables us to answer calls in your business name.

Once we've had the initial call to discuss your needs, we can get you up and running in as little as 48 hours.
Generally, calls are answered between 9:00am and 5:30pm. Outside of these hours we can either set up a voicemail service or a call forwarding option.
However, we also offer 24-hour service packages on a bespoke basis.
